Origins

The issues for National Armed Forces to build troops for fight preparation are to foresee the military demands in the 21st century and to strive for manpower of high quality. Since National Armed Forces newly recruits over 10,000 people per year, the Ministry of National Defense determines to found “Recruitment Center of National Armed Forces,” a dedicated recruiting organization for National Armed Forces. The center integrates recruiting resources, markets actively, widens ways for propaganda and combines civil and governmental organizations to provide young people complete information for military life. Therefore, the National Armed Forces can widen sources of officers and NCOs, and can raise the quality of cadres totally.
